Feen does three things: connects to your bank, processes your documents, and answers your financial questions.
Bank connection
You link your Belgian bank account through a secure PSD2 connection. This is the same technology your banking app uses. Once connected, your transactions sync automatically. No more manual exports or CSV files.
Document processing
Upload an invoice or receipt, and Feen's AI extracts the data. Amount, VAT, supplier, date - all pulled automatically. You can also forward invoices to a dedicated email address or use the mobile app to snap photos of paper receipts.
The AI matches documents with bank transactions, so you always know which invoices have been paid.
AI chat
This is the part that changes everything. You can ask Feen questions in plain language:
"Who hasn't paid me yet?"
"How much VAT do I owe?"
"Can I afford to hire someone?"
You get specific answers based on your actual data. No spreadsheets, no waiting for your accountant.
Your accountant
When it's time to work with your accountant, everything is already organized. You can grant them dashboard access or export data in formats their software understands.
